currently live, these four books span across four decades,

At only sixyearsold, Tildy McVee has an extraordinary talent for reading people,
The heavy burden of this 'gift' comes to a head one Summer, as her family struggle to try find their way through the freewheeling decade of thes,
Secrets are revealed, loyalties are tested and no one is prepared for the eventual fallout,

As Tildy gets older, the aftershocks of these events continue to ricochet through the tumultuouss, the selfconsciouss and the beginning of a new millennium,

Everyone has their part to play in each others lives even those who have since crossed over to the other side This series of books is just wonderful, Amelia Keldan is indeed a talented author, it reminds me somewhat of The House of the Spirits by Isabel Allende.

However the lack of editing really lets this book down, There are at least three errors per chapter per book, which considering the length of the book, is quite frankly unacceptable,
These range from spelling and grammatical errors, to missing out words, even to using incorrect names for the characters, and incorrect pronouns, Thes section is let down by historical inaccuracies the year simply cannot be later than, yet The Lion King and Pulp Fiction are mentioned, also, a DVD player, again something that people did not own untilonwards.

Sadly, the errors are so ridiculously frequent that it just does not matter how well the characters have been written, it is painful to read, the only time I have ever felt the overpowering urge to scribble all over the book, correcting it.
Therefore, I have no choice but to give a three star review rather than the five the story itself deserves, At only sixyearsold, Tildy McVee has an extraordinary talent for reading people,
