BEAUTIFUL LOVE STORY

Every story of this series brought something unique and interesting to the storyline.
Each book can absolutely be read as a standalone, I however LOVE a great series and love stories with happily ever afters, Tristan is a closeted actor, making a decent living, waiting for his break out role, Jake is a transgender man, working toward fulfilling the goals he has before his final reassignment surgery are complete.
Jake and Tristan had met years before when Jake had worked as a PA on one of his movies.
Imagine his surprise when they meet again and the slight spark from before turn into an inferno, These are two very different, independent, goal oriented men, unknowingly searching for the same thing, I loved this story. At times, I will admit, I found it a little confusing, I haven't read many stories about transgender issues, I thought this book was magnificently written because it didn't gloss over the tough emotions, I went through all the emotions with BOTH characters and loved them more for it, I also loved catching up with the characters from the previous stories, Whether you have read the other books or not, this is a beautiful love story you don't want to miss.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS ABSOLUTELY MAGNIFICENT SERIES!!!!! In Forever we follow Jake, a transgender male who still has not had bottom surgery and wants to have a baby so he begins the process of researching support groups and stops taking his testosterone.
He meets Tristan, a closeted gay actor that he worked with a few years ago and soon a relationship develops.
Their relationship was meant to be simple, merely friends with benefits, but early into their relationship they receive unexpected news.
Both men struggle to come to terms with how fast their life changes one thing remains constant, their devotion to each other.
The changes to their lives seem too fast and scary at first, but turn into an HEA for both characters and on their terms.

Forever can be read as a standalone novel but after reading I have an itch to go back and read the firstbooks in the series and get to know the other characters in the book.
I love Eds stories, he is not afraid to take on less mainstream topics and challenge us to

think outside the norm.
This book tugged at my heart as both Jake and Tristan struggled in the early stages of their relationship not only with their feelings, but also with how fast their lives began to change.

The FWord

"For a couple crazy young guys whod just been trying to find themselves in L.
A. , theyd found so much more: each other, and a family, and hope, "

They were on two separate paths, diverging, but somehow crossing, A delayed attraction brought them together, Now the closeted actor trying to make a name for himself, and the out and proud trans man he was falling hard for had a decision to make.
For Tristan, "Coming outliving outhad suddenly become an option, when it never had been before, " For Jake, "He wasn't quiet about his trans status, and he was lucky to live in a state where he could afford to be so open about it.
"

Navigating through so much: sexuality, coming to terms, coworkers and friends these two knew their connection could forge the path laid out for them.
An unplanned pregnancy changed the course of their lives, Tristan was determined to make Jake happy, come hell or high water, And Jake was willing to put aside everything that had come against him and make life tolerable,

E. Davies writes like how I imagine his life to be, A series of adventures with deep seated dreams bursting to become reality, M/T books may not be for everyone, but if you give it a try, you may discover something that reigns you in.
After all, it's the heart that counts,

I voluntarily and honestly reviewed this book without bias or persuasion from the author, I'm not going to lie, . . I wasn't sure if this book was for me, I love reading MPreg books, but my narrow mind jumps to Omegaverse and Shifters when I think about MPreg.

What Ed Davies did with Forever was to educate me, I have not read many transgender characters, and I certainly have never read a transgender guy man who falls pregnant.
Once I got over my narrowmindedness, I could not put this book down,
Mr Davies writes from the heart, and you can see this with each of his books, but Forever certainly hits it out of the ball park.
He takes the difficult and less talked about topics and brings them to light,
Thank you Ed for not only entertaining me with your books, but educating me as well, ARC received for Honest , One of my favorite subject from one of my favorite authors, . . MPreg with a twist. Most MPreg books I read are usually Alpha amp Omegas, this book is a transgender gay man, who has had top, but not bottom surgery.
He wants to one day be a parent, Jake amp Tristan had "known" of each other from the movie world, Tristan is an actor amp Jake a runner from a set they worked at together.
Jake walks into an LGBT volunteer home looking for advice, meeting Tristan again, Sparks fly amp they decide to do a "friends w/benefits" relationship, but become pregnant, . This book shows the ups amp downs of being male, closeted amp pregnant amp how they overcame all for a Forever kind of love.
The fourth book in the Fword series, It features Zeph's closeted friend Tristan and FtM transgender Jake, Jake wants to start a family and has decided to go off his testosterone to do so, His doctor sends him off to Plus to get more information on finding a support group, It's at Plus that Jake runs into Tristan and the two reconnect,

The book was interesting and I learned a lot from it, It made me curious enough to do a search on transitioning since Jake's journey in transitioning is quite different to the details that were presented in Kyle and Nick's book.
I enjoy picking up new knowledge and I think this was a fun book to learn from and get a love story.
I also liked that it portrayed how quickly a person's life can change when detail of their lives are revealed.

An ARC was provided to me in exchange for an honest review, I love transmasc rep so fucking much, Thats it, thats the review, Just when I thought I'd read the best Ed had written, he tops it again with Forever, Beautifully written book that gives a true insight on a ftm trans character, Jake, that wants to have a family of his own at some point.
That point came a little earlier than expected when he finds himself pregnant, Even though not quite ready, he doesn't let it stop him, And the best part of the story is that he has a partner, Tristan, that is totally accepting of him from day one of finding out that he is trans, he didn't hesitate at all and I love this more than anything else.

A heads up for anyone thinking about reading this book, it is NOT an MPreg book, it is a story about a gay trans male.
I purchased this book cause of I LOVE how Ed writes, I have always shied away from mpreg style books because I like my books to be something I can see myself experiencing or realistic.
Alpha/Omega I don't feel is my style and have yet to read, With saying that the blurb to this book caught my attention even though I felt it was out of my comfort zone I bought it.
It sat on my kindle TBR for months, today was the day I dove in to my first mpreg story.

I loved it!!!!!!!

I admit at this time that every time I read a book that is written by Ed I learn something.
The reason I picked up this book was because I was curious on a mpreg story but also knew that many people struggle with every day due to story I have heard about in the past on the news/talk shows.
I wanted to read a realistic story and was not disappointed,

Reading the struggles that Jake goes through, not only because of hormone changes but also mentally, was eye opening.
Jake has a great perspective on his life and is generally happy but to see him struggle with his own issues on top of all hormone changes he is experiencing was eye opening.
I honestly hope that anyone struggling through these life changes have all the support and resources that Jake was able to find especially when it comes to medical care and not being judged.

Tristin could not have been written any better, His questions, concerns, and reactions I feel were spot on to what any person in his situation would be.
I can also imagine that with public perception that actors such as this character would struggle in the industry.
As we continue to grow and accept things even though it is a slow growth we are seeing more actors pushing the boundaries and more producers/director/studios willing to the boundaries but creating tv shows and movies portraying these lifestyles.

Thank you Ed for writing such wonderful books and educating us with these books,
