Unlock Now All The Lovely Pieces Crafted By J.M. Winchester Published As Digital Copy
blurb for this book states that J, M. Winchester is the alter ego of an author who usually writes happy ever afters but her fascination with the workings of an evil mind compelled her to write this book
Her fascination paid off as she has indeed created quite a scary, evil psychological thriller
Based around domestic abuse, parts of the book do have fairly vivid and disturbing descriptions of this, with an added throw in of Oedipus complex and Nanny fixation it makes for a very dark read.
Drew is on the run, and has been foryears, with her son Michael, she ia running from her evil husband Adam, billionaire, psychopath and violent bully, she never settles, she can never feel free, she can never let her guard down
Until she does.
in a small town called Liberty, that she has chosen for a reason, a reason that could just help to put an end to her hell on earth existence once and for all
Drew needs to be careful who she trusts though and where she looks for this help, seeking help can equate to danger.
An unexpected and unsettling endings finish this taught, claustrophobic tale that deals with hard hitting issues
Character wise, Adam the husband is atrocious, vile and plain evil, Drew is understandably anxiety and angst ridden and Michael, well Michael hassides
Well written with the fear palpable and little wasted words it makes for a grimly enjoyable story with sides very
quickly taken and kept to throughout the whole book
The author will I think carry on with further forays into this genre!

M. s work as Jennifer Snow for some time, She writes sweet contemporary romance, I have to admit I wasnt prepared for this, I knew it would be different from what Id grown used to but Wow! I finished it at about:last night and could not go to sleep afterwards, I think I need to read something all warm and fuzzy now,
Drew Baker and her ten year old son have been living life on the run for ten years, They never stay in one place long and Drew is always on guard, always looking over her shoulder, She never allows herself to get acquainted with other people, always keeping themselves separate, Now Drew has come to Liberty, Missouri, There is someone here that might have some answers, someone to help her find that information that could save them, Because shes tired of running, Her son wants a normal life, friends, holidays, Things most children take for granted,
To say Drew had been in an abusive marriage would be an understatement, Because it was so much worse than that, She had gotten to the point where she wasnt sure what to believe, the things her husband told her, or her own mind, But, she got out. Only now, parts of her memory are confused with what happened that last night, She cant put it all together,
In Liberty, she finds herself becoming friendly with one of the women there, It would be her very first real friend, And there is a man who has expressed interest in her, But shes damaged. And she cant risk a personal relationship, She knows she cant stay, That its only a matter of time until she and Michael have to run again, As soon as she gets the information she needs,
This book completely messed with my mind, I had no idea what the heck to think most of the time, I know I gasped out loud more than once, And there was no way I was going to be able to put the book down last night without finishing it, If you think youve seen evil, youre mistaken, Because you havent. Until you meet Drews husband, He is the true definition of the word,
This is fast paced and will keep you on the edge of your seat from the first page until the last, Drew is the true definition of a protective mother, Because she will do whatever she has to do to protect her child, I cant wait to see what J, M. Winchester comes up with next,

Isn't curling up with a brilliant thriller the perfect way to spend your weekend I'm a sucker for dark and twisted thrillers, and All the Lovely Pieces was right up my alley.
Twisty and gripping, I finished this book in abouthour a very rare event because apart from reading I also love sleeping! This book didn't let me and that just goes to say how brilliant this one is.
Drew Baker and her son Michael have been on the run forlong years after escaping from her brutal cruel husband Adam, Focused on protecting her tenyearold son, Drew reluctantly settles into a small town, eager to find proof of her husbands true nature so she can stop looking over her shoulder.
But Drew is also on the run from her own terrible crimesones that mean prison and separation from her son should the police catch up to her before her husband does.
If only she could remember that night and what really transpired
Without warning, the unthinkable happens, and Drew is plunged into the most nightmarish situation a woman and mother could imagine.
Desperate to save her child, Drew takes matters into her own hands, proving that anyone is capable of darkness, and nowhere is safe for those who fear themselves.
Some stories stay with you forever and this is one of those, I can't say much without giving the plot away, but its one helluva brilliant book you'll find very difficult to put down, The story is told fromPOV's Drew, Michael, and Catherine, The book is paced well as the mystery unfolds itself, As each twist unveiled, I found myself more and more drawn to the characters of Drew and Michael, The plot and characters both are brilliant, Drew's character is portrayed very very well, If this book is J, M. Winchester's debut in the psychological thrillers genre, I cant wait to see what the next one is like!

M. Winchester for an arc!
P, S. : I only have one question What happened to Shadow All The Lovely Pieces by J, M. Winchester is a suspenseful, thrilling novel, For nine years, Drew has been running away from her cruel husband Adam, She finally settles down with her son Michael in a small town, hoping that Adam won't find them there by finding proof of who her husband truly is.
While she is running from her husband, she is also running from the police, She knows that she committed a crime on the night she ran away but she only has vague memories of what really happened, When her worst nightmare comes to life, Drew must do everything and anything she can to save her son,
All The Lovely Pieces was fastpaced, thrilling and full of heart racing moments, While there were certain aspects of the plot that reminded me of other thrillers that I have read, I thought that Winchester differentiated her story with an interesting take on the Oedipus complex.
I enjoyed that Winchester moved so seamlessly between different character perspectives and the ending was unexpected and shocking, Drew had moments in which she seemed a bit extreme, but at the same time, it was clear that she was willing to do anything to protect her child.
Thanks to Netgalley and Thomas amp Mercer for this ARC in exchange for an honest review,

stars,
This wasn't as good as I was hoping it would be, I felt there was far too much focus on 'romance' if that's what it's classed as, So I took a star off for that reason, I also didn't like how some chapters seemed to jump ahead by so much time, It kinda made it feel like chunks were missing, I also didn't like the characters that much, What I did like though was having Michael, the son, have a voice and be one of the narrators in this story, I also did like the story overall for the most part, While I wouldn't recommend this, I do understand that others have really enjoyed this so for that reason I'd recommend listening to your own voice and give it a go if it sounds like something you would enjoy, but from me, this was a miss.
Great book! Drew and her son Micheal have been running since Michael was born, Foryears Drew has been running from her husband Adam, Adam is a very powerful abusive man, Drew must keep moving to stay alive and safe with Michael, Then they move into a small town and everything changes, Decent Read
"There are pictures of kids on milk cartons, Mom says its because theyre missing, . . I wonder if theyre eating cereal somewhere, staring at their own faces, "
I enjoyed this novel, but not quite as much as I thought I would, A ruthless mother on the run to keep her son safe and hidden A twisted and sadistic manipulator of a husband/father A son who shares those evil genes.
It was the perfect mashup, blocks for a great thriller, But it wasn't. More couldshould have been told from the son's perspective, I wanted to truly teeter on whether or not he was like his father, I wanted more from his father, A total sicko, Dr. Collins should have been more fleshed outa lot of opportunity for crazy therapist in crisis there, I would have liked less drama from Drew, In a suspenseful thriller, only emotion that forwards the twists and turns is needed, Instead the story was bogged down a bit her and her repetitive monologue,
A decent read, all in all, .
