story
This is my first time reading this author and it was a well written story that I throughly enj oyed.
The sex was pretty hot, It satisfied my hunger for a great story and my obsession with vampires, . . an excellent read.
There is a lot of sex, but that didn't detract from the story at all, There were lots of lovely touches regarding the vampire, The scene with the skittles was very well done,
It's written well, and the story is engaging, I will certainly add Madon to the list of authors to keep an eye on,
I highly recommend this story, Wish it had been longer, And I would love to see more Lark and Thea adventures,
I really enjoyed this short story, Normally, I am not the biggest fan of short stories because I want more or the stories feel rushed.
I felt this story was well paced with a little drama but mostly it was a steamy, cutsy, romance.
This is my first lesFic vampire romance, and I really enjoyed it, I'm not generally a fan of vampire stories but this story worked for me because Thea was the only known vampire.
It reminded me a little of Wild by Meghan O'Brian, in that there is a fantasy character vampire/shifter that may be the only of their kind in the world.
The highlight of this story is Lark, she is funny and all of the vampire jokes were priceless.
All in all, I really enjoyed this and would recommend it to romance and/or vampire fans.
Beautifully written, with rich imagery and believable characters, The writing is strong, the writers voice is very wellmeasured the story moves at a wonderful pace,
Lark has broken up with her cheating boyfriend, a police officer called Andrew, and finds herself on the streets, living in shelters, with only the change in her pocket after he frames her for arson.
Totally desperate, Lark replies to an advert for a blood donor and meets Thea, a mysterious and very attractive woman, who, it turns out, is a vampire.
A very piquant love story ensues, The sexy bits are sexy, but theyre not gratuitous as the love that develops between the women is very real.
I cared about Lark and felt real concern for Thea on the Ferris wheel, I was so pleased with how Andrews story concluded, A stunning piece of work, Looking forward to reading more from Rose Madon, DNF at. The plot setup was giving me some weird vibes and then it just went a step to far for me.
Lark is on the run, She's been framed for a crime she didnt commit and has nothing but the clothes on her back.
In desperation, she answers an online advertisement
to sell her blood to a strange older woman called Thea Sokolova.
Lark knows theres no such thing as vampires, but that doesnt stop Thea from taking her blood, drinking it like a shot, and offering her an extra incentive: double the payment if they have sex.
But as what started with sex and blood slowly transforms into something even better, Larks past is catching up to her and it turns out Thea may be much, much stranger than she seems.
BLOOD FROM A STONE is a,word lesbian romance erotica novella, Its sexy and heartwarming and a little funny and quite explicitly sexual in a weird kinky vampire way.
All sexual content is consensual and is intended foraudiences, Bloody hot
A story hot, funny and honest with itself, Put plenty smiles on my face and didn't make me uncomfortable despite the hotness and me being easily triggered.
Recommending! The description caught my eye and I just knew I had to read this, And i was not disappointed, It was so good and sexy and, even though the plot was nothing special, the blooming relationship between the human and the vampire was all that was needed.
Really enjoyed this short story, Short and sweet
Short and sweet
Classic dont believe your trusty a vampire tail with a twist.
Had alpha female vibes Dorian grey type Sexy and bingeable! The ending was truly satisfying, and the dynamic was really interesting.
Surprisingly domestic vibes for a vampire story, Would recommend even if this isn't your usual thing, Hello, sexy vampire!
Fantastic novella and the perfect size for a bedtime story! I already want more Lark and Thea.
Go grab it and enjoy,

There was no waiting for the other shoe to drop in this story.
It was wholesome and I would love to read a continuation of Lark and Thea's story, out of. I enjoyed this short read, It could have done with a polish in a couple if places but I liked the character of Thea too much for it to bother me.
I found her alluring and wanted to know more about her, If you fancy a 'playful' read with a serious side, this will keep you happy for an hour or two.
Lark is homeless and desperate for money after being framed for a crime she didnt commit, She answers an ad to sell some of her blood to a stranger, Thea is the older woman buying blood, But why Vampires arent real, are they When the issue of sex comes up, will Lark take that step especially since shes not at all sure who or what Thea is
Lark is down on her luck but hasnt lost her sense of humour.
I really liked her and wanted her to find a way out of her situation, Since I love vampire stories I wanted her to find it with Thea, Thea was unexpected in many ways, Could she ever be with someone in a relationship I could understand why she would worry about people finding out her true nature.
Its sexy but also quite touching and tender, The story was very wellwritten and I hope to read more from this author in the future,
I was given this ARC for review, Omg I loved it so much, Thea became my favorite instantly, Short and sweet. Def worth the Quick read, I couldn't put this book down! It was intriguing from its opening line all the way to the end.
The author has created a perfect balance of sexy, sweet, and meaningful with wellwritten characters who you can't help but love or hate.
Only good for the first half, . . A great lesbian vampire romance novella, Madon does a great job with her characters and injecting humor, Lark is relatable and very funny and Thea is dark and dreamy, I love watching the vampire play the hero and Madon does a great job of complicating this storyline.
Surprisingly sweet
I went into this expecting a quick, steamy read, I got that, yes, but also a really nice love story, The nods to old vampire folklore like the obsession with counting things were a nice touch, but I mostly just thoroughly enjoyed the sweet romance between Lark and Thea.
.stars
Imagine answering an ad for selling blood and meeting an actual vampire, And even better: an actual sapphic vampire, The story was sweet, funny and sexy and it managed to make me care about the characters in a short amount of time.
In my opinion, it was worth the read, I don't know what I was expecting from this book if I am being honest but I just read a beautiful lesbian romance and I need more.
The premise of the book was so different from anything I had read before and it really had me intrigued.
I really hope rose writes some more about these two! Given the situation which I will let you discover consent was necessary and man was it beautiful! The sex was sexy, Thea and Lark were just cute and teasing, and funny! Lark and her jokes really had me though.
I honestly would have kept reading this book if it had more pages,
Rep: Lesbian and Bi !
