Rating:.

This book was an absolute bliss to read, The way it was written, the flow it had, the depth each character had and their chemistry was absolutely stunning, The realness in this book was the best, The author didn't show that everything can be solved and forgiven easily, She shows that sometimes it takes time and that it might never get resolved as well due to all the bad blood they had for years.
One thing I truly adored about this book,

Harlow was the best character, I loved how she spike what she feels, Eve was a good friend and Landon was an absolute sweetheart to her until sometime, but they were back to normal once again.
I love their bond. How she wanted to give her best in everything, I love her so much

Conor was not the greatest but was when it came to hockey and Harlow, He was grumpy all the time and the fact that his team mates and friends didn't find it annoying was so sweet His love for his mother was so adorable.

Harlow and Conor went from enemies to friends to FWB and finally lovers, The secrets and past never let them coke invetween their relationship but at one point it did and things went south, And then I really wanted them to sort things out but they kept pushing it away but when they finally did it was perfect.
The ending was the best, it had so much realness to it, didn't show that everything was solved in just a day, I loved and adored it the most,

I am in love with the author's writing style and I am gonna read more books by her, Harlow Hayes loves water. In its liquid form.

The chlorinated kind she swims in, The perennial droplets soaking her adopted hometown, The waves she ventures out on to observe the ocean,

Water in its frozen state holds no appeal to her, Thats not the onlyor most divisivedifference between her and Conor Hart, The arrogant, arresting

captain of Holt Universitys hockey team spends every second not picking fights or partying atop a sheet of it,

Plenty of girls fall for the charming lines and that cocky smirk, Harlow knows better. Knows more.

The fuel for the fury that makes him such a dominant force on the ice, The reason he ignores her as resolutely as she pretends he doesnt exist, The history they share but didnt write,

Knowledge meant to ensure hes the one guy she could neverwould neverlike, much less love,

Famous last words, “I told myself Id never, ever fall in love with Conor Hart, Famous last words. ”

This couple was so wellmatched! They were truly equals, I loved how the girl was not influenced by anyone and not afraid of taking the action/initiative! Yeah, all who love strong, decisive heroines, this book is for you!

MC always had a rather open dialogue and solved all problems as they raised, which I also really appreciated! I wouldnt even call an occurring conflict a conflict it was more just a break to make up their minds.

Sportsrelated hockey romance enemiestolovers between two college seniors, I think this is the last of myKindle Unlimited sports romances, Time to advance toand the long list I've already accumulated,

Hockey player/science nerd and I really liked them both, It was a fast read, fun and funny, too, Of course, the path to love isn't always easy, so you'll slide across the ice into some angst, Although you'll find a satisfactory ending, it's just not the kind you'll remember or ooh and aah over! well this was boring
Couldnt keep my interest.
DnfI love a good hockey romance and this one had such a point of difference with the family dynamics, I definitely havent read another novel with the same story line

I struggled at the beginning I blame my reading slump but once I got into it and the character developments happened I was very invested!
This book gave me ALL THE FEELS! A very cute enemies to lovers story.
Might be one of my favorite hockey romances!!

Conor Hart is so insanely smooth, he gave me major butterflies, Safe to say hes made it on my book boyfriend list! Harlow is so fun and strong, someone I could definitely see myself being friends with in real life! I want this to be a series or have a sequel so badly because I just want more Conor and Harlow content!! I miss them already! Going into this book, I wanted a tension filled, high angst book, but I think this just fell short of being that.
There were moments that had my heart and the chemistry was there between Conor and Harlow, But there was something missing for me, It was at the cusp of being what I needed but I just didnt get it at the end, I think the intensity of the story didnt match the deliverance, especially with the ending, I expected more drama from the plot and more tension, But overall this was a cute read and I think those looking for a fast pace, easy read where the romance is front and center this is a perfect book.

this one was just okay, i enjoyed it and thought it was cute at times but i wasnt super invested in it A cute hockey romance.
I love a good enemies to enemies with benefits to lovers is that a trope because it should be! The spicy scenes were GOOD that first one oml V much giving one tree hill vibes but in this case Lucas is already a star athlete who falls for Nathans girl best friend so goodd I really enjoyed this! famouslastwords by authorcwfarnsworth is my first read by this author,

Conor is an all star, The best hockey Player on the schools division three team, Everyone knows him. Guys want to be friends with him, girls want to be with him, He doesnt do relationships, a total hartbreaker, Hes been avoiding the same girl since they both arrived at the school, His goal is to finish with his best hockey season record and be drafted to the pros, Nothing can get in the way, Until SHE asks for a favor that he should refuse, But instead takes it as a challenge, one thats going to smash everything,

Harlow isnt necessarily popular, but she is well known, After dating a hockey player a couple years ago, the entire team knows who she is, Being a beautiful red head, sometimes it hard to be unnoticed, The team all know that her and the star hockey player avoid each other for some reason, Having tragedy buried away, she only really has her best friends family take ber in, That is until HE accepts to help her train for a marathon, But when lines get blurred, not falling are the famous last words,

I thought this book was good! I love hockey so theres that, The angst and sexual tension can be cut with a knife, I wish her full name wasnt written out so much, There isnt another Harlow around, but maybe it was more for emphasis, Id love to hear what happens with some of the other hockey players, This book was amazing! It was exactly what I needed : C, J Farnsworth is on my list of autoread authors and I've loved everything I've read so far, The thing I love most is that all her books are unique and she's not recycling material, Everything is discernably her own style,

This book in particular pulled all my heartstrings, It didn't try to be something it wasn't, The characters were complex but so easy to fall in love with, I'm very glad to have read this and look forward to reading more by Farnsworth, How in the world did I like it THIS much,

Hold your horses, cause it's still a college sports romance, but the EXECUTION! The main characters are nor really enemies at first, more like they dislike each other very much.
The reason behind their conflict seemed to me quite realistic and not OTT stupid, like it can be the case in other books.

The best part about this book for me was the gradual development of their relationship: they started out as people who don't like each other and have preconceived notions about one another, then start getting to know each other and become friendly acquaintances, then friends, then friends with benefits it was more of a not proclaimed romantic relationship, they were just chicken about talking about it, then breakup due to life's circumstances, then romantic partners at the end.
The way it was depicted was very lifelike, despite finding each other attractive, there were no "throbbing pussies and iron dicks" in the midst of every regular conversation.

The thirdact break up was unnecessary tbh, especially the way it was randomly executed, After that I couldn't get in the zone as much as before, so the enjoyment kind of went down, And the way they got back together, . . a bit underwhelming, simply because, once again, it looked like a real life situation,

The epilogue takes place approximatelymonths later and we get a HFN ending,

I've read quite a few enemies to friends to lovers books, even sports themed and this is one I'd really rather recommend because characters and story are very fleshed out.
It's very well developed and has the best ending, The sports seemed realistic and fit the story well,
Nice read. sitelink image error.STARS
I love the writing style of this book, It was fun, smart, emotional and sexy,
It was perfectly understated in the best ways, Its a first read by this author for me, It wont be my last,
Harlow and Conor are fiery and full of life characters,
Theres humor, great banter, real college angst and deep human emotions, The angst is true to life, not overplayed at all,
Sports/college romance has a few styles, I like all, This one was really refreshing! No over the top drama, no drawn out misunderstandings, no black and white characterizations,
I really liked the characters, I felt like I understood them, I also felt like they were both thoughtful even when they made missteps,
I loved them together, I felt so much empathy for them, I love their interactions and their chemistry was hot and emotional at times,
I didnt feel like unnecessary scenes or secondary characters were written, Everything has a reason.
Both characters are intertwined in a really interesting way, it played out naturally and in such a mature and moving way,
Both characters have depth, humor and heart,
I really enjoyed the flow of their story and where the journey took them,
Its a full story with growth, that was a very important aspect to this book for me,
The secondary characters are very important to the story, yet they dont overshadow or get excessive scenes, I understood them, their motives without needing a lot of details, I think thats a testament to the writers skill,
Conor and Harlow are really sympathetic, lovable and enjoyable characters,
Their story was a pleasure to read and put warmth in heart and a smile on my face, I loved this book! Missing something vital, . .

I just don't know what, It wasn't badly written, the characters were actually likeable even the heroine and the plot wasn't the worst I've read by a long shot.

The problem was that it was lacklustre and just, well, . . boring.
I was bored. The H was broody for aboutminutes and the h hated him for about that long, Then in a blink they were running pals and then friends with benefits,
But there was no passion there, No soul. No conflict, no reward.
When the requisiterd act breakup inevitably happened, it was like they didn't give a shit, They didn't fight with one another or for their relationship, I never felt like the h was heartbroken or even missed him, She just cracked on, business as usual for months, No tears, no sadness, nothing,

Not a satisfying read at all, really, “𝙈𝙮 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙮𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜. 𝙄 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙄𝙢 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙢𝙮𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩. ”

Famous Last Words is C, W. Farnsworths seventh book, and dare I say her best,

FLW follows Conor Hart, a star college hockey player, and Harlow Hayes, a swimmer that loves the water and everything it offers.
This book gives us an addicting hatetolove trope, uniquely written in the way that C, W. always brings to the table, I always find C. W. s books to be a breath of fresh air a new spin on some of the most common tropes, The way she writes her stories are unique, creative, and exciting, She always brings something new with each book release and its one reason why I love reading her work, Conor and Harlow hate each other, and are torn between their families, Theyre both extremely loyal to the people they love, making it even harder for them to love or should I say like lol each other.

The chemistry between Conor and Harlow was off the charts, The push and pull between these two was addicting, and I just wanted them to get their shit together and LOVE EACH OTHER! I loved the friend groups in this book, and I really loved Conors relationship with his mom :, we love a mommas boy.
I also really appreciated the epilogue in this book! It brought the biggest smile to my face and I was so happy that Conor and Harlow got their happy ending.

I cant wait for Famous Last Words to release, and feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to read it early.
C. W. s writing is improving it was already great! with each release and its been amazing to watch her grow,
