on A Girl Called Dust (Dust Trilogy #1)

received this via ebook amp really enjoyed it very entertaining amp yes I plan to continue on to the next book! I really liked this story and I could really relate to Arden, but I have to admit, Fletcher started to annoy me about halfway through.
The rest of the takers also intrigued me and I'm curious to hear more about them, Overall, a great start with a new take on paranormal fantasy, Great book

Loved it! So different from other supernatural/paranormal books, Kept me guessing and I didn't want to put it down, Would for sure recommend. Arden Moss is used to being invisible, The kids at her high school call her Dustsomething that no one pays attention to, that doesnt matter, Then one impossible moment changes her life, When a boy named Fletcher gets hit by a speeding bus, she runs to help him, only to discover that hes unscathed.
He tells her its because hes not entirely humanjust like her,

This book encapsulates what it means to be an awkward teenager, To not fit in with your family, To lose your best friends to the beast of popularity,

Unfortunately for the main character, Arden, she

is also a monster, PartBanshee and PartWendigo!

This book, and the books that come after it are brilliant, I must say that my favourite character is a tie between Fletcher and Arden,

Fletcher is unapologetically brilliant and hilarious, Witty and oblivious.

This book isnt what you would expect at all, Marlowe throws enough curve balls that you dont expect the book to end the way it does,

The writing is pretty good, and the story is not bad givers and takers is an interesting concept.
It just didn't really float my boat when there were so many different types of givers and takers, and the ending felt like it should't have quite been that easy after the slightly earlier mistake by Arden.
Ashes to ashes, dust to dust!

This book kept me in the dark just enough to want to keep reading! I loved the suspense but the ending was a little anticlimactic.
A girl with an unbelievable past , living in a life that couldn't be her own, Dealing with the undeniably torturous task of high school and being the black sheep, To find out there is a lot more to what is going on, It's not just hormones and coming of age, it's so much more, How could all of this be so normal when you know it's all but So many secrets, so many lies, so much death and it's not the end.
I wasn't ready for the book to end

I got all emotional, Dust is a lovely girl who is very different.
She's is trying to find out who and what she is, Something monstrous this way comes

The hunt is on

Not entirely human

Not so invisible

Hiding in the shadows

Arden Moss is used to being invisible.
The kids at her high school call her Dust something that no one pays attention to, that doesnt matter, Then one impossible moment changes her life, When a boy named Fletcher gets hit by a speeding bus, she runs to help him, only to discover that hes unscathed.
He tells her its because hes not entirely human just like her,

It makes a strange kind of sense, Arden has no memories of where she goes at night, only that she has insatiable urges, Then bodies start turning up in the woods near Ardens home, bodies that have been torn apart by someone or something.
A mysterious group called the Givers is on the hunt for the killer, and they have their sights set on Arden.

On the run from the Givers, Arden discovers something dark lurking in the shadows of the school, Finding the real killer is the only way to save her life, With Fletchers help, Arden races to prove that she isnt responsible for the bloody deaths in the woods, but how can she be sure shes innocent sitelink post a comment.
