Strictly Forbidden is Logan Stones story, his is the twin brother yo Noah who was in book one, Logan is the meaner, serious brother, hides his feelings amp treats women like crap all because of his fathers cheating ways, He doesnt want yo follow him but hooking up with Lenna Lund his HR specialist, sees him taking that route,

Lenna and Logan have shared a string friendship for quite a while so when she breaks up with her cheating ex, Logan is there to pick up the pieces.
. . we all know the story of mixing business and pleasure, well Lenna and Logan are living it, He takes her to the highest heights in bed, then brings her crashing down minutes after, I have to say I had a lot of dislike for Logan, hes was just horrible to her, and Lenna is so sweet, although shed chew you up and spit you out on the boardroom.


Discovering she is pregnant brings a whole new level of drama, . . keeping it from Logan brings defcon! With what little relationship they had, it all blown away, Single, alone Lenna does what she needs for her baby, but telling commitment phobe Logan is a whole new problem, The billionaire daddy is about to get a wake up call like no other, . .

published:I really wanted to love this book, I was so excited for it, I love accidental/surprise baby, I love office romance. I love grumpy heroes. But I was left so disappointed, I think maybe Im just not a big fan of miscommunication trope, Some is fine but the amount in this book is suffocating for me, I actually liked these characters better in book, After finishing this book Im like wow they both need serious therapy, or theyre going to give their kid serious issues with their immaturity,

There was so much back and forth in this book O feel like I have whiplash, Neither H or h wanted to admit their feelings, Theres so much miscommunication it was painful and then the hurting each other for revenge because he/she hurt them, Its exhausting and their relationship is so toxic, Al they had to do was have a single conversation and all the drama wouldnt have happened, But instead its tit for tat up until, Then add a baby.

Usually i dont mind some miscommunication but the only time the H and h were communicating were when they were miscommunication and hurting each other,

I also didnt like that a lot of the events from book one took up a huge portion of this book too, I get the timelines happen at the same time and overlap so there will be some of the same event, but a different perspective didnt add anything to the story and it just came across as a super summarized version, like youre expected to read the first, but also sit through it again.

When Logan realizes he mess up he takes off to the Hamptons after Lenna, she sits on the beach drinking wine when a Stranger stops to talk to her.
Lenna finds out after he calls Logan hes there a competitor Rhys Davenport he takes her back to his house they sit by the fire and talk, Rhyss asked Lenna to spend the night and she says no, so he walks her back to her hotel he tries to kiss her but she pulls away, After Rhyss leaves Logan comes out and shows himself, Lenna goes to her room but Logan follows her he tells her to take her clothes off but she refuses and tells him NO, to leave, Logan comes the next day with a bouquet of flowers, coffee and croissants to apologize, After a little talking Logan and Lenna get physical again he confesses he cant get enough of her but Lenna told him they need to stop, Lenna tells Logan she wants forever with someone, the white picket fence, the twopoint five kids, and a dog, Logan says he cant give that to her, they both confess to each other theyve had a crush on each other since they met five years ago, Logan asks Lenna if they can continue with just sex secretly but Lenna cant do it she knows her feelings will get hurt, The next day they spend the morning seeing where improvements need to be made, at night they walk handinhand on the beach watching the sunset something changed with them on the beach.
