Take Advantage Of Williams-Sonoma Rustic Italian: Simple, Authentic Recipes For Everyday Cooking Written And Illustrated By Domenica Marchetti Displayed As Print
a big fan of Italian cooking, and ever since I returned from Italy, am always searching for accessible authentic recipes, When I purchased this book, I was hoping it would have a great recipe for Tuscan bean soup, which is pretty classic.

While it's interesting to read about cooking with authentic ingredients though I wasn't treated to sardines, anchovies, kale, farro, or nettles during my extensive trip through Italy, I wouldn't call these recipes simple or "everyday cooking," unless you live right beside a wellstocked Italian market.
Not sure if I'll keep this book or not, though some of the simpler recipes, like the shrimp grilled with lemon, looked interesting.
