a paranormal twist, this historical romance drew me in immediately, The heroine, Catherines character is exceptionally well developed by the author, The emotional and life event roller coaster Catherine is on makes the book a real pageturner, Its so disappointing to
have the lovely Cameron depart and see poor Catherine broken hearted, but then something wonderful happens and hero Titus arrives, Titus is exceptionally well drawn and he jumps off the page with his emotional response to Catherine, At times amusing but always believable his fight not to love is made all the more enjoyable because I knew he did, This is an epic historical romance that captivates and satisfies with its ending,
If you enjoy an engrossing, remarkably sexy, and interesting historical romance, you'll love this one, but be prepared to read all night because you wont be able to put it down.
Must have five.
This is a delightful classic romance with a slight twist that makes it even better, With this book, you get two beautiful love stories, each with a satisfying ending, The setting is early twentieth century Britaina world of servants and etiquette where horses and carriages commingle with automobiles, Here, we meet the strong, noble Cameron and the freespirited, wideeyed Catherine, Later, we're introduced to the handsome, formidable Titus,
So, there are hot men and a sweet heroine to root for in a wellconstructed historical world, Perfect! With steamy sex scenes, More perfect! I really liked that the men were strong and sexy without being pigs, I also loved that the story is, ultimately, about finding joy after grief,
It's a perfect story for snuggling up with on the sofa with tea or while basking poolside with a margarita, Boy, I didn't want to out this book down during the holidays! What a great read, I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and historical perspective of this novel, Set in the earlys, it was interesting to experience life back then with the characters, This was much more steamy than I normally read, but it was included in a way that added to the richness of the storyline, I couldn't wait to see what happens to Catherine throughout the story, This won a gold medalReaders' Favorite award, and I can see why! Normally, I'm not a big fan of historical romance but since I Will Follow To Eternity And Beyond was penned by Ms.
Ephraime, I decided to give it a go, Her writing style hooks me in from the very start, It's seductive, bold and somewhat defiant, It's nothing short of fantastic! I'm also in awe of the way she can intricately weave several genres together to fit perfectly into the story line.
Hence, making a skeptic like me fall in love with a historical romance,
Catherine sneaks out of the apothecary one glorious day to trek through the forest, She cautiously follows a wellworn path left behind through the thick woods from all of her previous outings, Until, she comes to a clearing, The moment she steps beyond the trees, a car swerves to avoid her but grazes her hip, tossing her to the ground, Battered and bruised Catherine scrambles to her feet and quickly makes her escape,
Catherine had no idea that the man in question would soon become her husband, Whisking her away from the only life she'd ever known, Far away from the nuns who were only holding onto her for her title and her dowry, A lineage she never even knew existed, Until her knight and shining armor dug deeper into her past, None of it really mattered to Catherine now that she'd found her happy ending,
Until one fateful night when her heaven turned into hell!
After two years pass, Catherine's mother inlaw insists on a family gathering.
As a celebration of Cameron's life, Still dressed in widows black, Catherine meets a man who suddenly reminds her of her dead husband, Funny, the only resemblance is their stature but for some reason every time Titas walks into the room, Cameron is standing there, . . For two years she exists, barely acknowledging one day from the next, Suddenly, without any warning, a stranger walks into her life, and found her in bed wearing nothing but her deceased husband shirt, And suddenly, everything is about to change, Is Catherine ready for the change, or is she still only living to die

He isnt looking for a relationship neither is he searching for love, Yet, they both find him, with no advanced warning, Titus is not one to succumb without a fight, and boy does he fight, but it seems the harder he fights, the more the force pushing him into Catherines waiting arms fights back.
When you begin to read I Will Follow : To Eternity and Byond you imagine you are going to read a good old fashioned romance book sorry to say you would be wrong! It seems to cross many genres, romance, history, paranormal.
The plot is good and will keep you reading twists you didn't see coming, greed, love, death, and grief are traits you will find in this well told story.
Organisation and characterisation are treated with the same expertise as the unfolding story of a distraught young woman is narrated in style, This is a solid story and a well written one by an author who I will be watching out for, I really enjoyed reading this historical romance.
The story kept my interest all the way to the end, The author has a unique voice sentences are straightforward, sometimes terse, This is a tale without a lot of flowery descriptions that still manages to convey a spooky, Gothic atmosphere, Catherine is a likable heroine who captures the heart of a charming, unconventional man who provides her with a fairytale marriage until tragedy strikes,
Catherine becomes a reclusive shadow of her former vivacious self, Two years later Catherine is given another, unexpected chance at happiness when she and Titus are skillfully nudged together by fate and a spirit intent on securing Catherines bliss.
I would have liked the paranormal elements of this story to have been more developed, woven throughout the second part of the book more fully but, even so, I found the book refreshingly different, thoughtprovoking and fun to read.
This is a sensual read where the intimate scenes are tastefully written,

Quite by accident, Catherine meets, Cameron, the love of her life, But another accident has deadly consequences, leaving her to question her very will to go on, Years later, however, when she meets Titus, it seems she might have a spectral matchmaker,
This book is an emotional rollercoaster, at times haunting, heartbreaking, and hopeful, The story gets five welldeserved! Catherine is a lonely, griefstricken woman who grew up a poor orphan in the early twentieth century, When she meets wealthy Cameron, she falls in love, They have a fairy tale marriage of love and happiness until tragedy strikes, Bereft, Catherine vows her heart to Cameron for life, Everything changes when she meets Titus at a party two years later, She wants to remain true to Camerons memory but finds herself drawn to Titus, Hes determined not to fall in love, but love might have other plans, . . This is a hot and steamy historical romance with some paranormal elements, I thought the ending worked really well, but I wont spoil it! Ju Ephraime knocked the ball out of the park with this historical, I love historical romance novels and Ive found a new favorite author in Ephraime, Her writing flows smoothly across the pages as she introduces us to first, Catherine and Cameron and their perfect fairy tale romance, All it needs is a pumpkin carriage, Thats how perfect their love is, And then Cameron suffers a terrible accident and hes taken from Catherine, Catherine is devastated and for two years, she goes through the motion of living, wanting only to join Cameron, But wait a minute! Its not over for Catherine, She meets Titus. She resists him. He resists her, but unseen forces are pulling them together, and to coin a phrase, resistance is futile, They come together, explosively, and love blooms again for Catherine, Is Cameron back or is it wishing thinking on Catherines part This is indeed an unexpected and interesting page turner, Highly recommend. I Will Follow to Eternity and Beyond is a historical romance with a paranormal twist, Reader be warned. There are adult scenes, and these scenes spare no readers sensibilities, In fact, the three main characters Catherine, Cameron and Titus are connected to each other largely by pure, unadulterated lust, The novel sports a notsosubtle irony of the eversoproper British aristocracy circafalling into unashamed debauchery behind closed doors,
This novel is easy to read and draws the reader in for some readers, partly in anticipation of more adultrated scenes, The story occurs during World War I, but little mention if any is made of the war, which may show how detached our noble characters are in a world that must have to others seemed to be rapidly falling apart.
The automobile is just beginning to replace horse and carriage, and some of the more progressive homes have installed running water for their bathtubs a popular spot for the characters in this novel.
There were times when the plot seemed a little too convenient such as the second fateful encounter between Catherine and Cameron in a cave, but the author skillfully hooks the reader so he/she continues along to see how this pair of unlikely lovers will end up.
There were a few unexpected twists and turns, The book starts at the midpoint of the story, backtracks to cover the leadup to the tragic event I wont spoil the plot, then continues on to a satisfying finish.
Thirdperson point of view switches between that of the three main characters, although in the end this is Catherines story, Dialogue is plentiful as is rich description, The author, through emotionally saturated narrative, is able to bring the reader into the private inner worlds of the characters so that he/she feels what they feel.
In the end, our ragstoriches heroine ends up with more than she could ever have imagined: the raging, blind love of the two men she loves simultaneously! It cant get any better than that for Catherine.
I would not recommend this romance to those who like to stay on the sweet end of the spectrum, but for those who enjoy a higherclass hot and steamy read within a historical setting, this may be perfect for you.
I am giving it five, because for this genre, I think I Will Follow to Eternity and Beyond is likely one of the more sophisticated offerings.
