أحب الأحداث قليلا لكن النهاية آسرة Antonio Gala, un dramaturgo de vibrante estilo que goza del favor del público y de la crítica, nos acerca al conmovedor drama de un personaje frustrado por el papel que le impone en la vida.
Jimena, viuda del Cid Campeador, aspira a ser, sencillamente, una mujer enamorada pero sus deseos chocan con las convenciones de una sociedad que la obliga a encarnar la memoria de un mito y le niega el derecho a vivir como un ser humano.
No me gusta Gala. Ni su prosa ni sus maneras, ni siquiera su voz, Pero esta obra me ha gustado, así que tiene mérito, jejeje,
Yo me quedo con la lectura alegórica en al que vemos a una Jimena que desea quitarse los anillos de casada y viuda que la aprisionan, de la misma manera que España quiere sacudirse sus miedos, culpas, penas y caminar sola hacia un futuro más esperanzador.
Así, Jimena trata de librarse de la pesada carga que supone haber sido esposa del Cid de la misma manera, España quiere librarse del recuerdo de un pasado que han pintado como glorioso pero que no puede tener vigencia en los años, pues ha quedado obsoleto.

Interesante obra que, como veis, no sólo actualiza la figura de Jimena la vemos fumando, con ropa interior cañera, . . aunque sea anacrónico en su época para retratar la situación sociopolítica del país,
Nota:/Truly I didn't think i would enjoy this play, It just happened to be short enough for me to meet my end of year quota of book reading, Once I got into it I ended up reading on El Cid and his wife Dona Jimena, And I really got into the play, It's about a woman's independence from her husband, that she is a separate entity from her spouse, In Jimena's case, she happens to have been married to a legend, So everybody wants her to keep the legend alive while she wants to continue living not being a ghost of the wife of a legend, Truly modern issues, I realized early on that Jimena was in a catchand would not be able to survive the requirements of her time and society, Excellent read. المأساة في المسرحة لا تكمن في الحب بل تكمن في استحالته لان زمن الحب انتهي بالنسبة للبطلة فهي تعيسة الحظ في البدء و الختام
Esta obra hace reflexiones bastante profundas, sirviéndose un personaje muy secundario de nuestra literatura, Jimena, la esposa del Cid, que dos años después de la muerte de este, lucha por liberarse de los dos anillos que la oprimen: el de esposa y el de viuda del Cid.

Antonio Gala utiliza un viaje que en El Cantar se dice que realizaron juntos Minaya y Jimena, apenas anecdótico en el texto original, e imagina una historia de amor.

Me parece una obra muy interesante por su simbología, pues funciona en dos niveles: la búsqueda de libertad de una mujer y la búsqueda de libertad de España.

Complementa muy bien la lectura de El Cantar de mio Cid y sus anacronismos me han hecho mucha gracia, مسرحية خاتمان

من أجل سيدة. . للكاتب الاسبانى والشاعر "انطونيو جالا " هى مسرحية نحسبها من التاريخ الاجتماعى ولكنها ايضا نتاج لعادات سياسية واطماع سياسية عندما يتدخل الحب فيها. . تدور أحداث المسرحية فى قالب درامى رومانسى وسياسى ايضا فى مدينه بلنسية الاسبانية التى تعتبر من اول المدن الاندلسية التى وقعت فى أيدى المسيحيين. . وتدور حول قصة حب الملكة الارملة "للسيد" الذى كان زوجها ويقال انه فتح مدينه بلنسية. . تقع فى حب "مينايا" ابن اخ زوجها وهو فتى شاب فقد كانت تعانى خمينا الملكة من قلة حظها فى الحب حتى من زوجها الفقيد حيث تقول انها لم تراه سوى مرات عديدة ولم تعيش الحياة الزوجية وواجبتها الا مرات قليلة بسبب مشاغله بالسياسة وهكذا عندما تتمتزج السياسة بالحب وتنعى حظها لعدم مقدرتها من الزواج من معشوقها مينايا. . فهى تعيش منذ وقت فى الدير وترتدى خاتمان : الاول خاتم الزواج والاخر خاتم زوجها الفقيد وهذه عادة اسبانيا لازالت موجودة حتى الان بين الارامل. . فهذا الخاتم يمثل جانب من الزهد والتبتل من اجل زوجها "السيد" ولكنها تقول انها ضحية التاريخ والسياسة فأصبحت محاصرة بينهما بأعتبارها زوجة" السيد " وصايا رجال الدين من بعده. . والذى يمثله فى المسرحية "خيرونيمو"
وهنا انطونيو جالا ايضا ذكر من ضمن شخصيات المسرحية ذكر شخصية محمد بن المزدلى وابن عامر. . وظاهره مايسمى "ملوك الطوائف"ما يتميز به انطونيو جالا وكما ذكره المترجم فى مقدمته وايضا واضح فى نشأته هو ثقافته العربية الاندلسية فهو اسبانى مسيحى. . فهو قرطبى المولد ولد فى عاموتتميز مسرحياته بلمحات عربية اسلامية فيها روح التاريخ الاسلامى وتقليده فى الاندلس وظهر ذلك فى ازياء الاشخاص داخل المسرحية. .
