To the surprise of many, I am a huge college basketball fan, Go Wolverines! I really like this book, but I wasn't familiar with a lot of the coaches and players, I would've liked to have a background in the famous game played at the Astrodome before reading, and I also thought the chapters of the TV stations were boring.

The interviews with wellknown figures didn't provide much new information, However, the interviews with behindthescenes folks had a treasure trove of info about the early days of televising basketball, I had no idea it mirrored a bit the history of rock and roll: People making history on a shoestring budget and being in the right place at the right time.
