This was awful, I can't really blame the book, I knew it was chicklit when I downloaded it, If I were the author I would be upset with my editor, Just about every page had a typo or incorrect grammar and punctuation, The overly predictable plot didn't help, I love a Victoria Browne book and this one is no exception to the rule, Littered with feel good humour, wit and romance, This book has so many wonderful things going for it, Amazing characters, a great storyline and amazing settings I really enjoyed it, I was just so bored, i dont know what i had hoped for but i didnt like the story and ended up skimming the last pages because of it.
None of the characters had much development, Dave had some development but his brother ugh, dont get me started on the arrogant pig, But i dont know, this book didnt interest me, sadly, dnf at

The writing is clunky with changes of tense and careless punctuation, It doesnt flow and there is little depth to the characters,

I stopped reading when Peter who was in pain was described as rocking like a mental patient'

This book was scattered, and it at times leave me not really knowing what is going on in the book, I just never understand or follow the book, I did not feel anything for the characters, The main characters was Ashleigh and Dave, There is a lot of cheating and sexual experiences in the book, After, reading the whole book I still could not tell you anything really about any of the characters other then some cheated and they did some sexual things and there was a lot of parties.

Dit boek was lief, maar niet echt mijn ding, Er waren bijvoorbeeld problemen, doordat de hoofdpersonen niet cmgoed communiceren, dan worden ze opgelost en uitgesproken, maar ontstaan er meteen weer nieuwe problemen door miscommunicatie.
Op den duur word ik daar wel een beetje moe van, . En Ashleigh zoekt echt overal iets achter, Super hinderlijk.
Daarnaast was het verhaal nogal voorspelbaar, If you like chick lit, this is a don't miss title! What a fun ride through London, with some emotional ups and downs, all leading to a happy ending that left me smiling.
This is a quick read that refreshes and entertains, with relatable characters and an engaging story, Definitely recommend! 'Gut Feeling' has received five star reviews and one star reviews, Some readers were angry to see typos and others didn't even notice them, It was very hard for me to put my first draft out there, but I wanted to push the boundaries, The world is changing, and whilst I agree that a selfpublished book should be free of errors I wanted to put my first book out there with some original typos to encourage other dyslexic writers not to think they are alone.

Ash is such a lovely and charismatic character and I adored the way Victoria introduced her to us and began her story.

She has some great friends and every one of them had a special place in the story and also in Ashs life,

Now, to the men in this story, There is Lee, her ex boyfriend, God, I hated him from the start! Why did he always have to turn up Well, of course it made the novel fascinating and gripping and I liked the way he was integrated into the story, but still wasnt present all the time.


Now, lets talk about the other man and I just say this: BOOK BOYFRIEND ALARM!!! Dave is sexy, gorgeous, caring, funny, a good listener and much more.
No wonder Ash was falling for him, Their chemistry was great, I felt that they belonged together, Whenever they were together it was so sweet and adorable, the scenes were described so well and real,

Ash has a holiday planned with her girls, but she doesnt want to leave Dave, when she comes back her world is turned upside down.

A big misunderstanding and suddenly Dave is not in the picture anymore and Ash questions everything,
Will their true love overcome this

At this moment I couldnt put this story down anymore, I was so hooked, Dave and Ash were perfect together and I didnt want that to change, EVER, Victorias writing is gripping, funny, real, honest and full of LOL moments,

The ending is so cute and adorable, Id really love to read more about Ash and Dave, I feel like there is more to tell, much more

A wonderful novel, written in such a fun, genuine and absorbing way.

Gut Feeling left me with mixed feelings, I like that Ashleigh and Dave are each working towards being better people and opening themselves to each other, and that they both have issues to resolve.
I liked the supportive friends and some of the intrigue brought on by the friends, ex's, and siblings, However, I quickly got annoyed with Ashleigh and her constant second guessing herself and putting herself down and equating having a man in her life as success.
I understood some of it, and related to some of it, I hate conflict and confrontation too, but there are times when it is the best option for everyone involved and the soon you do it the better.
They do have heart to heart talks, but the majority of the worries that they each have do not get around to talking about, There were several times that I almost put the book down, but I still have trouble doing that,
Gut Feeling is a romance with plenty on introspection and good secondary characters, No, no, no. I can't read this. It's terrible! Got to. I Enjoyed everything about this book there was nothing I didn't like about the book, I Like the setting,the writing style,the plot,the plot twists and the characters in the book were amazing, I would gladly reread it again, I downloaded this book on BookBub because it was free, I didnt expect to enjoy it as much as I did, This book reminded me a lot of Bridget Jones Diary, which is great because I love that movie/book, Id have rated it five except it was written very simplistically, which annoyed me the whole book, However, I liked and could relate to all the characters and their situations, Two surprising thumbs up!.
