Unlock Now Birthing Ella Bandita (Ella Bandita And The Wanderer, #1) Crafted By Montgomery Mahaffey Published As Digital Copy
amp Original In Plot! An Excellent Read! Birthing Ella Bandita, The title struck me as odd, However, it does fit with the fantasy theme of the book, The plot was well thought out and the author's style is fluid, She does well with the descriptions and relationships of her characters and setting, There were some puzzling scenarios and questions left unanswered, How does one physically give their heart to someone and still live I know, magic, It's just not believable. What happened to her mother Did Ella kill her I get that the patron, her father, must hold her responsible for her mother's death, This must be why she's ostracized, But, it's not explained. Also, what happened to the trainer The author does create another world with almost lyrical prose, I found myself trying to become immersed in their world, but it just didn't happen, I liked it, though. I would be interested in reading the next part in this series, I doubt anyone follows my reviews, but if they did, theyd notice that my reviews are often very long, This is an exception.
Birthing Ella Bandita is a rather short book, But it didnt feel like a short book, On the surface, it seemed to be a fantasy book but now, after the fact, I might call it “literary fiction” or even “literary fantasy”,
The plot, such as it is, is refreshingly simple so is the setting, The narration is the storys lure, Its substance is the exploration of the characters, and the themes of their how they affect each others lives,
The small cast of characters the heroine, the Patron, the Sorcerer, the Cook and the Horse Trainer were extraordinarily well drawn, Their interactions were always simple and clear at first glance, but upon closer examination proved to be complex, The writing style was such that this fascinating effect seemed to just “flow” off the page, requiring no struggle on my part,
In short, it is the birth of a magical legend, seductively terrifying,
Enticing story. Surprise ending. Wasn't what I was expecting, That's great. Love surprise endings. I received this novella from Story Cartel in exchange for a review, I enjoyed the author's style and the story she told, There are a lot of unanswered questions, The main one is what did she do which caused her heart to stop beating and made her father shun her I won't spoil the ending, but I was pleased that she found a way to get the better of the Sorcerer in exchange for her heart.
Her learning of the arts of seduction is portrayed in a gentle manner, I look forward to the next ebook to see how she uses her new skills, This story was so very weird,
Jaký zvláštní příběh,
“Tell me, Papa,” she said, her voice raw, “How many times can a girl fall to her ruin”
In being an outcast, she found her freedom,
Je to prostě zvláštní příběh, a nejspíše právě proto se mi nakonec tak líbil, A transformational tale
This is a fantasy with magical elements, The authors prose often has a spellbinding quality to it as well, The book is not long and it should be savoured slowly, so the language can seep in,
We dont know where it is set, or how far back in time, just that our nameless heroine if I may call her that lives on a large estate near a forest, with her father, the patron.
He hasnt spoken to her in years for reasons only hinted at, All those around

her follow his lead and also keep her at arms length, But its precisely this emotional solitude that acts as the catalyst for her transformation when she makes a bargain with a sorceror, who promises to give her the power to make anyone love her, in return for her heart.
The author has created an intriguing story and has a sensual style of writing that is evident in just about everything she describes, If you like well written fantasies with dark and sexual undercurrents, then you will be more than happy with this story,
I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review,
"Although her heart had been dead for years, she clasped her hands over her breast to protect what rested underneath, "
Birthing Ella Bandita Ella Bandita and the Wanderer Bookby Montgomery Mahaffey delivered an intriguing read, It is the story of an unnamed girl grown into womanhood within a small society from which she has been ostracized, Her father won't speak to her and the staff are less than kind, She wants out and decides on suicide, Only, an old, decrepit sorcerer stops her,
This ancient sorcerer wants to "lay with her, " Girlwithnoname is taken and given the choice to be seduced and taught the ways of seduction or go back to her pathetic life unchanged,
There may be spoilers, . . this is only the first five chapters of an entire book, Note the parentheses in the book title this is actually partof, In fulldisclosure mode, you can only get the full book, Ella Bandita and the Wanderer, in paperback,
That being said, what I wasn't expecting was all the seduction and such, It's not detailed and it's not gruesome or anything, It was just unexpected. I did sort of expect an "ugly," "plain," or "homely" MC, The cover reveals as much, It's refreshing in a way, a struggle for readers in another, You must be prepared for this and the fact that you may not like the MC so very much, It was definitely a challenge,
I really didn't want to like her, But everyone is a product of their environment and she is no different, She's been neglected, mistreated, and ignored, Mahaffey does her job well when she shows us the girl's heart and her fragility, both of which the sorcerer exploits,
As wellwritten as this is, somehow, I didn't really "see" the setting for the Patron's lands, This may be a meonly thing, And since it's only the beginning there are so many unexplained things! She tells her father she can't fall from grace twice, but I am not entirely sure how she fell the first time.
Or why her heart no longer beats, Or why she remains unnamed, Did I miss it I miss things sometimes, . .
I don't know if I'd read the entire book, since I'mebookonly, But don't let that stop you from getting into this story, It is wellwritten. Partwill be available on ebook in September, Seven years of silent treatment brings the young woman to the edge of despair, Her father, the illustrious Patron, has refused to speak to her since she was thirteen, and everyone in the village follows his rule, One day, the girl realizes her twentieth birthday has passed, and she is now the age when she would enter society as a Woman if only she wasn't an outcast.
Knowing her life will never get better, the girl decides to end the aching silence within her in the depths of a violent river, Just before plunging into the icy water, a voice behind her utters, “There is a better way, ” The Sorcerer of the Caverns stands at the bank, holding a promise, He has the power to end her ostracism, but as the girl knows, a change of destiny this drastic must claim a fair price,
