The plot is good, it's not great, The book needs a lot of tidying up, but that's to be expected when it hasn't been edited yet.
I only have one major concern with this book and it's the two sex scenes between Mira and the Dragons.
I wasn't expecting it and I feel like there should have been some warning that beastiality is included in the book.
The fact that no warning was given is the main reason for the rating,
