David Jeremiah has written a very thorough and very readable book on the end times, I bookmarked so many passages that Im getting ready to go through the book a second time, Every statement is backed up by scripture, so unless specifically stated, there is no speculation, I highly recommend this book to everyone who is seeking to learn about the Last Days, This is an amazing book, as Dr, Jeremiahs books usually are. David Jeremiah takes what can be a very difficult subject and boils it down intochapters about the end of days and makes is clearly understandable and very readable to the average person.
No prior knowledge of eschatology is needed to understand what the Bible has to say about the end of days and what will be the signs that it is approaching.
. . and quickly. I highly recommend this book for every lay person who wants to better understand what God has revealed to us in His word about what the last days of this present world will be like and what will be the signs of the second coming of Jesus Christ to the world.
To be fair, I didnt finish this book but only read to around the midpoint, I was very surprised to find a lot of the “interpretation” very vague, There is a ton of scripture regarding timelines and how things will play out with countries referenced in the Word, but very little direct interpretation of who the modern day countries are.
I also found some of the few vague references to contradict the majority of other end times scholars, While he did bring scripture together to give a picture as to what scripture says about prophecy, I think readers today are seeking clarification and interpretation, I appreciate David Jeremiahs teachings, but for end time teachings, will seek out other authors who are clear in their interpretation, David Jeremiah is a prolific speaker and writer, He has written extensively on prophesy and the book of Revelation, as well as many other subjects, This book is a sort of summary of major prophesies in the Bible and is divided into five parts, The first two parts are mostly about the current state of spirituality in the world and the final three parts are future prophesies and an expected timeline for these events.


I liked the way Jeremiah has tackled his subject matter, He probably could have written a commentary on Revelation with this material, Instead, he has isolated all the major events and spent a chapter discussing each one, using other biblical books to emphasises his points, Although this approach occasionally led to repetition, I found it a clearer way of understanding the prophesies,

The Book of Signs is quite a long book but Jeremiah writes in a down to earth and easy to understand way so I didnt feel bogged down.
The chapters were long enough to get a good grasp of his main points, but not so long that you became lost in the details, He also included some personal application so it wasnt just information, Knowing prophecy should make a difference in the way we live,

Some of the highlights for me were understanding the significance of Israel being back in her own land and how this happened in “one day, ” I enjoyed Jeremiahs understanding of rewards, his thoughts on heaven and his beliefs regarding the sequence of endtime events,

Overall a helpful understanding of biblical prophecy,
marvelous book that I wish everyone would read, . . subjects in here that so many want to ignore much to their own detriment YOU seriously need to open your heart and read this book, . . I know there are many beliefs and opinions out there on the return of the Lord, but I know He is coming! This was a very in depth, but good book on the end times.
But I would consider myself in the same camp as my Aunt Tricia, who always claimed to be a panmillennialist itll all “pan” out in the end! I received a complimentary copy.


An excellent choice for faith based readers as this book gets to the heart of the questions most people want to know, Perfect for older people because young kids might not be so excited or eager to read about these end times and some things might scare them, Christians will might want to pick up a copy and get ready to really discover information that can change minds, Studying prophecy can be hard, but has always been one of my main interests since my teen year, Dr. Jeremiah provides chapter by chapter biblical teachings on the end times,

A lot of it, is material I've read before from other bible teachers, but is a good resource side by side with the Bible,

Overallon staying biblical, despite some minor disagreements or just interpretations, wordsmithing, Would have liked Dr. Jeremiah expand on some of the signs or principles, though I'm sure there are other books/studies on those, and in general does not defeat the purpose of this book.
If there were more to give this book, I would give all of them to it, Everyone should read this book, Captivating and wellwritten! Most important for nonChristians so when you start seeing these events unfold, youll know what to expect and more importantly, what to do,
I read this on Kindle but have just ordered the physical book so I can reference areas of it,

Update: As my faith has evolved, Im not so sure about many of the interpretations in this book, Ive learned that they conflict with catholic teaching which I hold to be true above all else, For example, the catholic faith does not believe in the rapture, The Catholic Church interprets the Bible passages differently than the author of this book, Still, I dont regret reading this book but keep in mind its just one interpretation, If you want to learn more about the end times from a catholic perspective I highly recommend you go to sitelinkwww, countdowntothekingdom. com and read the various articles and watch the videos there, God bless!! I dare everyone to read this book and not be changed, When I saw so many people speaking highly of this book, I decided to give it a try, I was very disappointed by the many interpretations that had absolutely no scriptural backing, He states, the Millennium will be a time of prolonged lifespans no biblical proof, He claims there are two judgments and states the Great White Throne Judgment in Revelationis only for the spiritually dead, For this assertion he uses Matthew:, but totally omits Matthew:, which clearly shows judgment of both the righteous and unrighteous, Compare this book to the Final Message: Understanding the book of Revelation, It will definitely separate fact from fiction with plenty of biblical support,

Very encouraging and in depth book on subject of future events and trials to come, A great reminder that no matter what the current situation or outcome, the Lord returns triumphant Buddy read with my daughter, Kristin, Very easy to read and understand, but very bigpage ebook, The author drops a lot of Bible verses to reference, so take your time with this one, I took the time to read every single verse or chapter from my Bible and moseyed along about a chapter or two each morning,

The title might be just a little misleading, Most of the book is helping to understand what is going to happen "after" the Rapture and during theyear Tribulation before Christ comes to rule over the earth in peace for theyears.
No one, and I mean no one, knows or can predict exactly when Christ will return for his people, not even Satan, But, this book does point to at least one sign that is recorded in the Bible that we can look for during these end times,

Mainly, we should start to see a more centralized government forming among the European nation, . . kind of a rebirth of the Roman Empire, Daniel:: “The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which shall, . . devour the whole earth, trample it and break it in pieces, The

ten horns are ten kings who shall arise from this kingdom”, This has yet to happen, But, today, “this concentration of power in the European Union signals the beginning of this new world order” p,. “Europe is more integrated today than at any time since the days of ancient Rome and is considered to be the second most powerful political force in our world” p.
. The stage is set in Europe for these ten leaders to step up all at one time under one global government, which has never been the case in the entire history of the Roman Empire.
Definitely watch in the news what is going on with the European Union, I have read and heard about other warning signs as we near the end times, but they aren't listed here in this book,

From the ten rulers of this European coalition, one leader will step up to take control and become the final world dictator, He will be the Antichrist, But, this Antichrist will not be known until after the Rapture when the world is in complete chaos, He will destroy three of the ten leaders and promise peace to Israel, with signed contracts and all, but it will only last for the first three and a half years of the Tribulation.

The rest of the book is centered on the chronological events that will take place during the Tribulation, and believe you me, you dont want to be here.
It seems that things are really spinning out of control in this world, We are spiraling towards something, I do believe that something is the Coming of the Lord, Am I ready I DONT KNOW! I say I believe in Jesus and I trust in Him, . . but do I really Things Im seeing and hearing about today in this world really scare me Is that lack of faith, and here we are just getting a tiny little sample of whats to come during the Tribulation.
I feel so weak. Fascinating read! He who has eyes does not always see and today we are surrounded by such individuals who are struggling or are blinded to see the truth, Look up and look around and one cannot deny the signs, This is a must read especially if you want to know what is to come and have a better understanding of prophecy, One doesn't have to read the book starting at chapter, The book is broken down intosections and the reader can start anywhere, Part: International Signs Part: Cultural Signs Part: Heavenly signs Part: Tribulation Signs Part: End Signs, For context I am believing Christian and I believe Jesus died on the cross for me then rosedays later, So there wasn't going to be much if anything in this book i was going to dispute, as I've heard of David Jeremiah and know he writes Christian books, All that being said I highly recommend this book Very informational about so many things! And he references scripture and other authors and Christian philosophers constantly! It is long though just a wanting.
