really nice story although after what the Rise Of Skywalker did with the character making him be only a reboot of Vader, this comic that, shows that Ben could achieve what Anakin did never, becomed pointless.
Interesting links to past ages in the Star Wars universe, Not necessarily a memorable story, but it pushes the character in what feels like the right direction, Im a comic book novice, so I dont feel like I can critique too much, I enjoyed it and how they captured the Solo snark, I do wonder if anyone will be able to capture how Adam represented him on screen though, visually and in character.
This is the son of Han Solo we've all been waiting for, Cool story and beautiful art, But it's just that. I didnt much care for this, it just reminded me of the flaws in Kylo Rens character and the fact hes underdeveloped.
Best part of this was the written piece at the end by Bryan Young about how each viewer's interpretation of Ben Solo is deeply personal, with no interpretation being invalid.
A very poor attent to to make Kylo look or be better than Vadder, I wasn't a fan of the Zillo Beast episodes of The Clone Wars, but it was nice to see one pop up.
It would've been nice to find out that this was the cloned beast that Palpating wanted, but there is no such mention, as far as I can tell.
This issue actually shares parallels with the first issue of Darth Vader: Dark Visions, So it was interesting to see a similar theme, And there are bits of good humor, The art didnt do justice to Adam Drivers looks, His face was poorly drawn, I have read a ton of comic books and I am used to people being drawn differently, but this was insanely, outofquestion, wrong.
Also, he looked way older than Kylo Ren is supposed to be,
Other than that, I loved the story, A DYNASTY OF DOOM! ANAKIN SKYWALKER casts a long shadow, Can KYLO REN ever escape his infamous grandfathers reputation Or will he succeed where DARTH VADER failed A nicely done Kylo Ren comic.
out ofstar rating.
Heavy emphasis on Kylo following in Vader's footsteps, Pretty cool alien world/race introduced in this one as well, I'd be curious to see more of them and what happens next with the aliens more so than Kylo.
Kylo basically behaved per usual as a young Sith trying to 'prove himself to a dead man, ' For Ben Solo
Curioso y entretenido, I want moooooore!
If only there was an entire series of Kylo Ren graphics comings out.
. .
I maybe have to now read this entire series, . . 's To The Galaxy!!
I know Kylo isn't the most well rounded character, He's flawed, very flawed, but I think that's what makes him so interesting,
Can I just say that Zillo Beast was wild! I loved it! Obviously I knew Kylo wasn't going to die, but it was pretty cool!
I just strongly dislike the constant need to follow in Darth Vader's footsteps, but appreciated the fact that Kylo says he will surpass where vader failed.
I thought that was a good bit,
Again, I don't care for the art style on Kylo's face, Again, I will say that no amount of artwork would do Adam Driver's face justice, but still it looks a bit off even more a comic style.
Either way, that was my only thing with this comic, I loved it and Kylo/Ben is a badass! Love him!
I laughed so much while reading this.
He is such a dumbass, but I like his sense of humor, This adventure was simple and fun,
But why is it so hard for artists to capture Adam Driver's likeness They seem to be doing just fine with anyone else, but Kylo Ren always ends up looking like wrinkly middleaged man.
Kylo Ren kills the Zillo Beast, pretty awesome, I enjoy seeing these Clone Wars characters popping up again, Seni çok seviyorum Ben Solo,
This was my least favorite of the Age of Resistance: Villains collections, mainly due to the lack of focus on Kylo Ren.
The Snoke story felt more like a Kylo one, An intriguing insight in to the troubled life of one Ben Solo, wished salihace had drawn this, Fun quick read. Canım Ben Solo/Kylo Ren, seni seviyorum This is a fun short read and makes me want to check out the rest of the Age of Resistance Villain comics.
I love the slight nod to the Clone Wars series as well, Always great to see tie ins to the rest of the Star Wars universe throughout the comics! Adam Driver is way too hot to be done this dirty tu me manques déjà love of my life je vais me tuer /stars
Sassy kylo is the best kylo, more please!
Loved seeing the shadow of vader still following his grandson.
It's interesting to see the ways in which kylo is outsmarting vader, i think it's definitely something we'll see play out in the rise of skywalker.
