My twins were happy to see a representation of themselves in this story too, They were enamored by the sweet adopted cats, Oscar and Emmy, It highlights all the wonderful traditions that Christmas brings and now they are on heavy countdown and want us to ask Santa for their very own cats! We enjoyed this very much and you will too.
i once worked for a lady who owned several cats kittens as well and they did this, . . now i never found them after the fact, just in the walking up the tree, and finding them within the tree, . . looking out at me. so funny. now i can imagine it might lead to breaking of ornaments, any who. great illustrations. so fun. great for your Christmas book collection, Christmas with Oscar and Emmy
