Missionary Renewal of Asia Pacific William B, Girao was a faculty member of the Central Philippine Universitys College of Agriculture before serving as senior pastor of Diliman Campus Bible Church foryears.
He received his Master of Divinity degree from the Asian Theological Seminary and also trained at the Asian Bible Study Center for Laymen in Kotagiri, Madras, India.
He is an ordained minister who also served as a staffworker of the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Philippines foryears, and for part of that time was General Secretary of the movement.
