Seize The Secret Of Isian (Isian, #3) Drafted By Serena Clarke Conveyed As Physical Book

on The Secret of Isian (Isian, #3)

was quite a good addition to the series although I found it a little bit repetitive in places as it followed the same formula as the previous two books in the series.
Ander and Rimelda also seemed to have the same kind of conversations over and over again, The story ended in the way I expected so there were no big surprises at the end,
It is the third book in the series and I would recommend reading the three in order, I got most enjoyment from the first book in the series, Bookcenters on Prince Ander and a seer called Rimelda, She has told Ander that there is an artifact that will help end the war forever, He sets out with a few trusted men, and Rimelda to find it, He doesn't fully trust Rimelda because a lot of the quests she sent him on have turned out wrong, but she insists that's because he didn't follow her advice, There is a prophecy and Rimelda insists that Ander has a big role in it, but Ander has heard the prophecy and doesn't believe he will play a part, Can they stop this war before it's too late,

I have to say that this one was the best yet, This is what I was hoping for in the previous!! This had more action and adventure as well as the sweet romance, This is more like it!!! I loved this one a lot more than the previous,

Rimelda is by far my favourite character of the series, She was bad ass and awesome, She is a seer and had a vision about the artifact and knows Ander has a big role to play, but he is stubborn and doesn't believe her, She knows she has to go on this quest with him, I loved her character!! Ander was also awesome, he is such a sweet heart, I loved seeing their relationship progress,

In all, this was more like what I wanted, Filled with more action and adventure, it's a good read, Overall, the series was enjoyable and I'm gad I read it, The more I read, the more I liked it!

Again, I have to stick with what I said about the narrator in the previousreviews, She is clear and easy to understand, but needs to work on her male tones and work on putting more emphasis on her inflections to really bring the story to life.

I was voluntarily provided this audiobook for free from the author, narrator, or publisher, This in no way affected nor influenced my thoughts, The action is continuous and makes it one of those stories a reader will start reading and before they know it, theyll have read the book in one sitting,

Read full review in the sitelinkJuly/August issue of InD'tale Magazine, This fantasy can be read as a standalone, but has a few of characters from earlier books in the Isian series that will be familiar if you have read those.
This takes Prince Ander on a journey to find the secret weapon to destroy the darkness that has overtaken the entire land and caused wars, famines, and other horrors, He takes a squadron of trustworthy men and Rimeldaa pretty seer who baffles himas his helpers, The journey is long and tests their mettle in many unique ways as they grow and develop as friends and comrades, This was my least favorite in this series because the romance didnt cut it for me, but the fantasy part and action was pretty good, and that is the bulk of the book.
My favorite in this series was book, but I was happy to see Prince Ander get his own story, I liked him in Book, I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my fair and honest review, Clarke has penned a remarkably exciting and charming novel here, Vivid world building and an exciting plot are just the thing needed to make these spectacular characters shine,

I thoroughly enjoyed the well developed backstory and mythology that surrounds both this tale and the world that Clarke has developed, Different cultures and races come together to defeat a common enemy as prophecies are fulfilled, The sense of inevitability combines with a solid sense of individuality for a charming mix,

This is a tale that will be enjoyed by fantasy lovers hound and old alike, The mix of adventure and danger, alongside a cast of unforgettable characters is well worth diving into, Thanks to Serena Clarke for giving me this book to review,

The Secret of Isian is the final book in this trilogy and while I really liked this novel, it was my least favourite of the trilogy, Mostly because I did not feel the chemistry between Ander and Rimelda especially compared to the first two books, This book has quests and prophecies but also came across as heavier than the previous books as it deals with deeper issues,

Ander is humble, considerate and brave, who always thinks of others before himself, I was not the biggest fan of Rimelda as even though she is straighttalking and confident while also being secretive, she was just too good at everything which made her come across as smug.

I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading what Serena Clarke writes next, I would recommend The Secret of Isian to fans of the first two books in the series and those who like fairytale like fantasy novels,

This and my other reviews can be found at sitelinkAmethyst Bookwyrm
This is the third of the Isian cycle which I received for free from the author in return for my honest review.
All opinions are my own,

I was very excited to read the conclusion of the Isian cycle and find out how the story wraps up, Our main character Prince Ander is on a quest to find an enchanted weapon that can end the war and darkness that is plaguing all of Isian, He takes his trustiest Knights and Rimelda the seer to help guide him on his quest,

Their travels take them all over the kingdom seeking help from Centaurs, dragons and other kings, Throughout the journey Ander is consumed with doubt that he is the right one to claim the weapon and save the day, At first he seems a bit self serving in this doubt, looking for reassurance but, as the story continues you see that he really doesn't feel worthy of being "the one" to save the day.
He even doubts his feelings towards Rimelda though they are as plain as day to everyone else,

Along the way they run into the main characters from past stories and it feels like a family reunion to get to see Prince Garin amp Elani and Princess Gabrielle amp Prince Alec again.

I thoroughly enjoyed this conclusion to the series, It was a satisfying adventure with some unexpected twists along the way, I highly recommend the entire series starting with The Treasure of Isian to start as the story builds nicely through each book and different aspects of the Isian are introduced in each installment.
I highly recommend The Secret of Isian and the entire Isian Trilogy by Serena Clarke, It is an enchanting adventure series filled with mystery, action, and romance, The Secret of Isian is the third and final book in the series, which centers around Prince Ander, He is a truly remarkable hero who garners the respect and admiration of everyone with whom he meets, Ander is sent on a quest to find a secret weapon that will help protect his people and end the war that has been brewing since the first book, Rimelda is a “seer” who helps Ander on his quest to end the war, Despite Ander doubting her abilities, there is an undeniable attraction between the two, I especially enjoyed how

Ander and Rimelda are both humble and good natured people who would sacrifice themselves to save just one man,

I listened to the Audible version of this story narrated by Carolyn Kashner, who did a great job narrating with varying voices for both male and female characters.
Because this story picks up almost immediately after the second book The Alliance of Isian, I recommend starting with the first book The Treasure of Asian to better understand the overarching premise and interrelationships between the characters.
For example, the villain in this book is introduced in the first book, but not mentioned at all in the second, And the hero and heroines of the other two books make appearances in this one, Be forewarned though: once you start listening to this series, it will suck you in and won't let you go until you are finished with it! Many prophecies have been uttered about the impending war and those who will seek to stop it.
With the war finally upon them, Rimelda, a talented seer, has heard the prophecies and believes she can help, Prince Ander, doubtful of her abilities and her true intensions, but determined to save his kingdom accepts her help and they proceed on a quest to end the war,
Hindered by enemies as well as their own doubts, Ander and Rimelda must search for guidance in unlikely places and unravel the mysteries of the prophecies,
With the world shrouded in darkness, will Ander accept his destiny in time to save the kingdoms and will he admit his true feelings for Rimelda Fantastic read!!! So fun to escape our world into this magical realm.
Lots of adventure and a truly humble hero that is worth admiring!!! Prince Ander and Rimelda each have so much responsibility on their shoulders, They are determined to protect Camdia and free their people from the darkness, In the processes they learn about themselves and each other, I loved that both the hero and the heroine are both such very good people, They each are willing to sacrifice much to overcome the darkness that is destroying their lands, I love that is is their truly good qualities that helps them conquer their enemies! I look forward to more from Serena Clark!,
