Without further preliminary I am going to take first what Mr.
Greenway has said in the way of criticism of the govern ment, It is necessary that I should meet that, because if some of the things which Mr, Greenway is reported to have said, are true, then the government would be deserving of censure and would be unworthy of support if I understand the principles of government correctly.
