There was some good information in this manual, especially on difficulties and problem people that might affect a group, If I could give this/I would, simply because it reads like a manual rather than a book, Because it is written like a manual there are no illustrations or examples to break the monotony, and the often vague writing serves to remind the reader that this is meant to be a resource that accompanies training.
