first Miffy book I've read, Although it was very simplistic it was highly effective, with the story being told in black text on a white background on the page opposite the brightly coloured illustrations.
Miffy and her friend looked VERY similar, which I found quite confusing, but my daughter seemed to enjoy their antics despite this, as they shared a bath and learnt how to rollerskate together.
