was alright

The storyline itself was good, but there were inconsistencies a lot especially when Jordan's dad left, Mentioned at age, thenthen, Otherwise not bad Cool book

I enjoyed reading this story and I loved all the tie ins to Jordan's family, I would love to read more about these two characters, Good book

I enjoyed the characters and the plot was well thought out, It is well worth the read, finished in two days, Great reading

This book had two of my favorite subjects, medicine and spying! So it was a great read for me from beginning to end.
Lots of plot twists. I am afraid to say any because I get accused of giving the storyline away, But it is well worth the money! The characters are great, I really enjoyed them. The ending just ended. I felt it needed to be more developed, Overall this book is a/, Coming off of reading sitelinkPoker Face, which is newer than this one I realized she's following a sort of template that is turning out to be a bit predictable.
Wind up with some romance, crap hits the fan, big reveal at the end, Maybe if I hadn't read them back to back I wouldn't have noticed, Shrug. Was ok. Not bad by any stretch though, Very good book. Well written, the story holds and the characters are lovely Interesting

This was an interesting reading with a lot of potential, but I expected a lot more.
what happened yo Frankie and brinna Did they died in the fire The author forgot about them, Jordan s a doctor and Carys is a spy, They met at the hospital, sparks fly and the adventure begins, The author has a vivid imagination, . . just need a little adjustment to make it better, This

was pretty cute, but the premise made it a little harder to get into than the other books I have read by this author, I definitely preferred her other books, but this was still enjoyable I was really stuck betweenandon this book, I really wanted to like it more, I feel like the premise was interesting but there were some flaws in the plot, Spoilers ahead First off a woman shows up in the ER mysteriously, severely injured with no memory, So the doctors reaction is wow she is hot! Wait that's unethical! Oh well! No suspicion that this woman is in danger If she hadn't guessed spy then I would have guessed this was an abuse situation And then, numerous things happen like Carys has this random factory/exercise room to train seduce Jordan, so Jordan a doctor, with a medical degree meaning she is educated goes "Huh! Kay!" She is so unphased by everything it makes you wonder is she a spy And then they allude to her bad childhood but really don't explain much beyond it.
The ending was happy but almost too neat, I have heard good things about other books by this author so I'll check those out and this one may have just not been my cup of tea, Suspense

This book was very suspenseful almost from the start, I like the fact that the two main characters get together maybe a third of the way through the book, I've been reading too many books lately where they don't really get together till the very end, This is very suspenseful to the very last page, Noelle Winters is certainly a star to be! I like the strong characters of Carys and Jordan, and the mystery of Carys bring an ex spy,

I also really like Ghost, who was potentially a traitor of their agency, but turns out to be good, Carys tries to protect Jordan, but so much keeps happening, they spend more and more time together and fall in love,

The adventure part of this book could have been better, the romance was nice, Jordan never really tells Carys how emotionally abusive her mother was, and the strange house reno that never really happens has no purpose,

It would have been better if Jordan's Dad had left something in the house for her to discover so she'd know he didn't leave them, he was an agent who was killed.

Still a good book, with betrayal, romance, and a good ending,.rounded to. This book is a slow read until about themark, At that point is gets markedly more suspenseful and that is when I started reading in earnest, The ending is rather abrupt like the author decided the book should end at this many pages, It felt really rushed to me, I loved another of Noelle's books so I'm sure I'll check out the next, Great Read .

I loved the story, well written, I love how the stories are about finding love, but with a suspenseful aspect to them, I couldn't put this book down, I was so nervous throughout the book, It was nail biting. I truly enjoyed the spy aspect of the book, I enjoyed the descriptions of the locations and the relationships between the characters, I really enjoyed the journey that both Jordan and Carys went on in this book, I loved the added story of the past regarding both characters and how it brought them together in a interesting way, If you enjoyed this book, I recommend the other books by Noelle Winter, they are amazing stories as well, Good Book

I enjoyed reading this book I couldn't put it down and the characters were real, I would recommend this book, Why do I feel liked you've met my mother

Seriously, this was frightening, I got off the phone with her, started reading this and immediately suffered PTSD from growing up with her, It's like each year she gets worse! Jordan's mom was exactly my own, and I cringed every time Jordan remembered her, Exact same words, and manipulative tactics, According to my mom, if it isn't physical then it can't be counted as abuse, Bravo!

Other than that very disturbing trip, I quite enjoyed this book, The romance didn't feel rushed, and the scenarios were quite interesting, Some questions still remain for me, though, Also, some of the information seemed redundant, It's like two people were there for conversation, but one or both had no recollection of the conversation ever happening and so we revisited that information again as if brand new.

I liked the intimacy between the leads and Carys' unyielding determination to protect Jordan, The little ways she gave her reassurance were truly heartwarming, I definitely related to Jordan's struggles and enjoyed how human she was,

Edit: Also, I wanted a ScoobyDoo reveal at the end, but it felt a little rushed, You know the kind of ending where motives are revealed and they go back to tell you exactly what happened, and how they did it Yeah, it left me wanting an explanation and full of questions.
