is a simply wonderful written book that anybody involved in the AEC industry should read, To hear things directly from an owner's point of view is vitally important to advancing the industry, The ideas discussed in the book are all ideas that many clients and AEC providers are struggling to implement because of what I believe is a deep understanding of what they truly are.
This book does a great job discussing the ideas and then each chapter is followed up with a "case study" process review to give a real life example of how the ideas work in practice.


Again I would recommend this to anybody involved in the AEC industry and am probably going to start handing it out to clients we work with as consultants to the whole industry.
