but my least favorite in the series by far, The characters and plot just seemed all over the place and I could never really connect to the main characters, Struggled through the last third or so, Will try the next one in the series, but I don't know, . . I like this series better than the Haven series, There is humor and I love the gorgeous hunk falls for handsome awkward spaz plot lines, Cedric is the youngest among the bunch who witnessed his parents slaughter, Reading about what was in his head was heartbreaking and sweet at the same time, This particular installment reveals more of the mystery of their parents death and what the bad guys are after, A new kick ass character named Edan is also introduced, Hope he gets his happily ever after, Wasn't crazy about this one, There's nothing bad, I just didn't connect to either of the characters or the plot, Maybe it's my mood, or something, The mystery seemed all over the place, There are no lasting ramifications I thought the shadow cat thing was awesome and would've liked that to be permanent, Curious on if there will ever be more, I'm interested in the Vet and the friend and if they end up together, Wouldn't mind reading more about Fisher either, Better than the second book, I'm not getting the feel good, happy happy, joy joy's with each successive installment if this series, The guys are super cute and adorable, their mates are dominant and hot, the intro to sex is always funny and the bad guy storyline is interesting, Unfortunately, they are beginning to seem scripted,

I really liked this series, Loved all the characters especially Cedric and his clumsiness,
I love Vamps and Cedric and Cash were great together,
However, at the end of this book I went to look for bookas there were still some unfinished things but there doesn't to be one, more the pity.
The group of friends in this series are just too hilarious, I cannot wait for the next one,.stars!

Eh I'm not clear on what happened to Edan exactly, I think that bit could've used some explanation, I'm curious as to the master plan regarding what's happening to the inmates, But this is the last in the series so far and it's been awhile since this was released, I hope Gabrielle Evans haven't abandoned this, Also, that shadow cat was pretty nifty, I want one. I had a couple of issues with this book and had several thoughts that just kept popping up which ruined my mood for reading the book, I just feel like it doesn't fit too well into the series, . .

It felt like it contradicted the firstbooks in the series, Readers learned in the firstbooks that guests can be uninvited from the hosts home as long as they're a paranormal and inside the house of the host, When Cedric got home and found the cable man there he could have uninvited the guy before he was attacked but didn't, It just felt a bit ridiculous that Cedric didn't do so,

At the moment I can't remember what it was in the story that made me think this but while reading it after thinking aboutI started thinking why was the series even created I may have to reread the book just to remember why I was thinking this.

The story just didn't flow for me I thought I remember reading Dorian going with Simon to Washington to investigate a death but the next time Dorian was mentioned in the story it was stated that Simon and him went to South Africa

The friendship between Fantasy Creations members didn't feel as strong as it did in the first book or even in the second book.
It just felt like there were too many other concerns going on for anyone to really check up on Cedric and what was going on with him,

On another note, . . I'm looking forward to reading the next book, even though this one was a bit of a turn off in the series for me, This installment felt more like a bridge to the next story rather than an independent story, :

This really isnt a very cheery series, I found myself actually wanting to get this book over with, In the end it turned out nice enough, and I did like Cash as a character, but yeah, Things are just slightly depressing overall,

This is so odd, I mean I really enjoyed the Haven series by the same author, And this here seems to be brand new,
